Therapeutic Approach
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I aim to create a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what has been feeling hard. Together, we look at patterns, strengths, relationships, and the broader context of your life so that the work feels relevant and useful rather than one-size-fits-all.
I draw from evidence-based and behavioral approaches, including cognitive and skills-based strategies, while keeping the work flexible and responsive to your needs. My intention is to offer care that feels thoughtful, affirming, and practical in everyday life.
What therapy may feel like
Therapy with me is active, supportive, and paced with care. At times, our work may focus on understanding long-standing patterns; at other times, it may focus on finding tools to help with day-to-day stress, relationships, emotion regulation, or decision-making. I value curiosity, honesty, and collaboration, and I work to create a space that feels respectful and steady.
Areas of focus
My work often includes support for:
• Anxiety and chronic stress
• Emotional overwhelm and regulation
• Neurodivergence and complex presentations
• Parenting and family relationships
• Identity development and LGBTQ+ affirming care
• Life transitions and feeling stuck in old patterns
